The Commonwealth Govt has just appointed
David for a 3 year term to its Recreational Fishing Advisory Committee which
will be charged with developing a strategy for the future of recreational
fishing in Australia

River to reef
returns to your screens in the new year with a new
series filmed in Far North Queensland. David has just finished filming
another 16 episodes as he made his way from Karumba to Cooktown to Airlie
Beach and everywhere in between for some of the hottest episodes ever seen
on River to Reef.

The 3SER Fishing Show has hit an all time high in popularity in 2008.
The show has grown through its advertising campaign in Victorian Fishing
Monthly magazine, live broadcast from the Melbourne 4X4 and Fishing Show and
the word on the sea that it is the best fishing show on radio in Victoria.
The boys are having a break for xmas and will return on Friday 16 Jan 2009.

In
May 2008, David joined the River to Reef team as host and now provides viewers
with some of the best fishing ever seen on Australian television. David has
filmed two series (26 episodes), the first in Tasmania and the second in Far
North Queensland. The show involves hooking up the boat and taking viewers on a
journey of fishing, cooking and seeing the sights in places accessible to the
average Australian.
The show is now
viewed by 300,000 people per week across Australia and can be seen on Southern
Cross Ten (Sat 1.00pm), Foxtel (Wed 8.30pm, Thu 3.30pm & Sat 9.30pm) and Ch31
Brisbane (Tue 8.00pm).
