David's Favourite Recipes

David is pleased to provide you with some of the best recipes you could ever imagine .

He has selected the key species that are caught by recreational fishers in Victoria and Southern NSW and engaged celebrity chef Ken Parker to help with some of the recipes for each species.

The recipes are easy to cook yourself, but will make your guests think your are a qualified chef.
